Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days from the shipping date. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers in remote or rural areas may experience additional transit time.
While we work to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, final delivery is handled by USPS and is subject to their delivery schedules and service conditions.

Tracking says delivered, but your package hasn’t made it to you yet? No worries—sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered before it actually arrives.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package, please:
- Check around your delivery area, including your mailbox, front door, side entrances, garage, or other secure locations.
- Check with household members or neighbors in case the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Allow up to 2 business days after the delivery notification, as packages can occasionally arrive shortly after being marked delivered.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 2 business days, please contact our support team so we can help you determine the next steps.
